Electrical missed-call follow-up

Panel, outlet, and outage-related calls often arrive while the electrician is mid-job. Safety and clarity matter more than speed theater. Name an owner for the callback—and do not invent emergency promises in a template.

Checklist

  1. One callback owner during open hours
  2. Time box you can keep
  3. First reply collects location + symptom (no fake ETAs)
  4. Human triage for anything that sounds like a hazard
  5. Log outcomes

Sample text (edit)

“Hi, this is [Company Electric]. Sorry we missed your call. Reply with your name, address, and a short description of the issue. A team member will follow up. Reply STOP to opt out.”

If the situation may be dangerous, your shop’s emergency policy overrides any template.
